Being Present For Union

 




One of the biggest blocks to Union is being attached to what was (or what we think was) - mulling over or trying to fix in our minds what we think went wrong, or mistakes we made. 

The basis of the law of attraction is: what you focus on is what you experience / manifest - ie reality is based on what we observe. This is also shown in science in quantum physics

When we resist what we don’t want, we energetically push against it there for putting our attention on it, focusing on it, giving it energy and thus creating / attracting / manifesting more of the same. So when we constantly mull over the past we are reliving what we don’t want. Sometimes it is needed to go over old stuff to recognise our mistakes, learn our lessons, create solutions or take what worked to build on it, but again that is about focusing on the positives and what is wanted to create more of what is wanted. When we are on the right path - ie in alignment with our inner desires and needs then we are focused on them, giving attention to what we truly desire to the point it becomes our dominant vibration (energy state) to then manifest it into physical being. Feelings and thoughts the more they are given attention become reality. being present means being open to what IS, not resisting past, present or future, and allowing ourselves to be open to the opportunities presented, taking inspired action (rather than forced action driven by fears created by what we think we should do or have been taught we *have* to do) based on our own desires and intuition. 


So if your Twin Flame is married and you constantly focus on that fact, instead of the things in your life that bring you joy asides your TF, then you will keep experiencing what you don’t want. Put the focus as much as you can on the reality of the connection, the love, the joy, the possibilities you desire, and what FEELS right and good. Pushing against these things and not believing we are good enough, handing our happiness over to our Twins making them responsible for our feels will never work. 


Most of us have experienced the intense trauma of (negative) karmic relationships, some so bad it has left us with disabilities, PTSD, chronic illness and more - things I will address in future posts. To be with our Twin Flames, we need to let go of the things that drove us into those types of dynamics, deprogramming distorted thinking, and (re)learning to love ourselves, through self care, and aligned thinking to our true feelings.


How do we become more present - well, FUN is a good start! Re-connecting to your inner-child and healing those wounds by giving yourself the fun stuff you need to heal and thus connect with your Twin Flame! Of course we need our basic needs met too - but fun is part of this to keep us aligned, to help us relax and play also helps us to *adult* better too. Approaching life with a more child like curiosity and playfulness can help us open up to all the good stuff meant for us. What’s fun for you may not be someone one’s idea of fun, and it will never be something that (intentionally) harms another. It will come from a place of pure unbridled joy and self expression. It could be something sporty, or arty, music, acting, and it will also likely enable the adult side of you to utilise your skills and talents too. Playing games enriches the mind and soul, engages the body and gives us what we need to connect with others. Sharing or body doubling during these activities will create bonds and friendships and also be a way to connect with out Twin Flame. 

More adult focuses can be engaged and mixed up, so if you want to be sexual with your TF bringing in a playful element will make it more fun and enjoyable, whether that’s in the lead up to it or the act itself.
